Our Approach
Evidence-based, personalized care delivered entirely via secure telehealth.
Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation
A thorough clinical interview covering symptom history, childhood patterns, academic and work impact, and any co-occurring conditions.
Stimulant Medication Options
We prescribe and manage stimulant medications (amphetamines and methylphenidate-based) when clinically appropriate, with careful titration to find your optimal dose.
Non-Stimulant Alternatives
For those who prefer or require non-stimulant options, we offer Strattera, Wellbutrin, Intuniv, and other evidence-based alternatives.
Behavioral Strategy Guidance
Medication is most effective alongside structure. We share practical strategies for time management, task initiation, and organization.
Accommodation Letters
We provide documentation for school, university, or workplace accommodations when clinically indicated.
Ongoing Monitoring
Regular follow-ups to assess medication effectiveness, side effects, and any needed adjustments as your life circumstances change.
Who This Service Is For
This service is for adults (18+) and adolescents (13+) who suspect they have ADHD or have a prior diagnosis and are seeking ongoing management. It is also for those who have struggled with focus, organization, or impulsivity throughout their lives and want a thorough evaluation to understand what is going on.
Do you diagnose ADHD via telehealth?
Yes. Our providers conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations via telehealth. While we do not administer formal neuropsychological testing, our clinical assessment is thorough and evidence-based.
Can you prescribe Adderall or Vyvanse via telehealth?
Yes. Our DEA-registered providers can prescribe stimulant medications including amphetamine-based and methylphenidate-based options when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.
What if I have tried stimulants before and they did not work?
There are many medication options for ADHD. Your provider will review your history and explore alternatives — including different stimulant classes, non-stimulants, and combination approaches.
Do you treat ADHD in children under 13?
We currently treat adolescents aged 13 and older. For younger children, we recommend consulting a pediatric psychiatrist or developmental pediatrician.
