Our Approach
Evidence-based, personalized care delivered entirely via secure telehealth.
Medication Evaluation
We review your full psychiatric and medical history, current medications, and prior treatment responses to recommend the most appropriate options.
Careful Initiation
New medications are started at conservative doses with clear guidance on what to expect, how to take them, and when to reach out.
Side Effect Monitoring
Regular follow-ups track tolerability and effectiveness. If side effects arise, we adjust promptly to keep you comfortable and on track.
Electronic Prescriptions
Prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy electronically — no paper scripts, no delays.
Controlled Substance Management
Our DEA-registered providers can prescribe controlled substances including stimulants and certain anxiolytics, subject to clinical appropriateness and state regulations.
Collaborative Care
We coordinate with your therapist, PCP, and other providers to ensure your medication plan fits seamlessly into your overall care.
Who This Service Is For
This service is for individuals who are starting psychiatric medication for the first time, transitioning from a previous provider, or seeking ongoing management of an existing prescription. It is also ideal for those who feel their current medication is not working as well as it should, or who want a thorough review of their current regimen.
Can you prescribe controlled substances via telehealth?
Yes. Our DEA-registered providers can prescribe controlled substances including stimulants for ADHD and certain anxiety medications, subject to state regulations and clinical appropriateness.
How often will I need follow-up appointments?
Typically every 4–8 weeks when starting or adjusting a medication, and every 1–3 months once stable. Your provider will recommend a schedule based on your specific needs.
What if my medication is not working?
We will work with you to adjust the dose, switch medications, or add a complementary treatment. Finding the right medication sometimes takes a few tries — we stay with you through the process.
Can I transfer my existing prescription to your practice?
In most cases, yes. Your provider will review your history and current medications at your first visit and determine the best path forward.
